12th International mRNA Health Conference

7th International mRNA Health Conference, 2019

The 7th International mRNA Conference took place in Berlin on November 11th and 12th. More than 340 registered participants from different areas of the mRNA industry were present and discussed current developments.

In addition to presentations by established mRNA companies, this year the program included many presentations by small start-ups in the industry as well as academic groups from mRNA research. Furthermore, more than 50 posters about mRNA were shown at the conference.

This year’s keynote speech was given by Prof. Matthias Hentze, Director of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg. In his presentation, he introduced new aspects of RNA-binding proteins and their potential to the participants.

For the second time the conference also included a small company exhibition which included booths from EUROGENTEC, eTheRNA immunotherapies NV, Evonik Health Care, Hongene Biotech Corporation, Jena Bioscience GmbH, LGC Axolabs, New England Biolabs Inc., Polymun Scientific GmbH, Precision NanoSystems, Roche CustomBiotech, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Translate Bio and TriLink BioTechnologies.
